We had a wonderful experience at Ramada. the staff were prompt, professional, and courteous, accommodating us for an unexpected layover. the hotel itself was lovely, with clean and well-appointed rooms. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool in the tiki hut and appreciated the convenient courtesy shuttle to the airport.

The staff was friendly and the pool area was nice to relax by.
Our room had hair on the bathroom floor and rust in the corners. The shuttle to the airport didn't show up, forcing us to take an Uber.

I chose the Ramada for its close proximity to the Secret Woods Nature Center, which I was eager to visit. The customer service agents pleasantly surprised me with their helpfulness and assistance. Additionally, the free WiFi throughout the property and the onsite restaurant and bar were very convenient.
Misleading shuttle service information.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel for our cruise trip out of Fort Lauderdale. The room was clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel's shuttle service from the airport to the cruise port was incredibly convenient, saving us time and hassle. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with directions and public transport options. The breakfast provided was adequate, giving us a good start to the day.
Waited a bit longer than expected for the hotel shuttle, and the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed during that time.

the room was clean, and the breakfast was decent. the free shuttle was super convenient, and the tropical pool area was a chill spot to hang out. plus, the gym had good equipment.

The complimentary transportation to the airport and cruise port was very convenient, making our travel stress-free. The clean and comfortable rooms provided a relaxing stay. The breakfast had a good variety, although the serving area was a bit crowded at times. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.
